**** Special reference to Charlie's own web page: - TRAVEL WITH CHARLIE -

Excerpts from Charlie's biography:

Charlie has a 150 year family history in Sacramento... As a lifelong rail fan he has been a docent at the CALIFORNIA STATE RAILROAD MUSEUM since its opening in 1981... Charlie served in the Army in WWII and was in the PHILIPPINES. This started his world travels. Last year he was in GUATEMALA, EL SALVADOR, and CUBA. This year he traveled in BRAZIL, and next year he may return to the Philippines for the sixth time. (A more complete biography of Charlie may be posted here soon.)

A few of the talks that Charlie has prepared include the following titles: CUBA... MACULAR DEGENERATION... TRAVELS WITH CHARLIE... ADULT ADOLESCENT... REMINISCING, SACRAMENTO'S PAST... YOU NO LONGER DRIVE; NOW WHAT?

--- Charlie gave an excellent talk on his recent travel to BRAZIL at the Sacramento Club. Several other clubs in the area have praised Charlie for his talks.
